Abstract: The developing goal of Wuhan “the twelfth five-year” project clearly states that Wuhan should consolidate fame of central city in central China, and endeavor to construct central city of the country. Wuhan as an important strategic city rising abruptly in central China should firmly rely on its comparative advantage in industry, science and education, location, traffic, logistics, market, etc to optimize developing environment, highlight characteristics of industry shift, intensify the introduction of capitals, realize the intensification of attracting investment, attract human capital, pay attention to scientific innovation, undertake the industry shifted from the east coast so as to strengthen Wuhan’s competitive power and make great efforts to change Wuhan into the central city in China.
