摘要: 淡水鱼鲫鱼血清唾液酸化N-聚糖含有丰富的氧乙酰化修饰,利用UPLC-Orbitrap-MS/MS 对双衍生的鲫鱼血清唾液酸化N-聚糖氧乙酰化分布情况进行分析,发现N-聚糖同分异构体存在氧乙酰基分布不均匀的现象。该结论丰富了鲫鱼糖组学的生物信息,所建立的方法在研究糖链修饰以及寻找糖蛋白生物标志物方面有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: The sialylated N-glycans from freshwater crucian carp serum are rich in O-acetylation modification. This article provided an in- depth analysis of the O- acetylation distribution in dual modifications sialylated N-glycans released from the crucian carp serum with UPLC-Orbitrap-MS/MS. Uneven distribution of O- acetylation was identified in sialylated N- glycans isomers. The results enriched the biological information of glycomics of crucian carp. The established method has a wide application prospect in the research of glycan modification and the search for glycoprotein biomarkers.
