“村改居”群体市民化的目标定位与策略分析

摘要: 市民化是以人为核心的城市化的质点和发展目标。“村改居”群体的市民化缺乏必要的工具性保证。物质资本只是他们实现市民化所必需的可行能力的手段,广泛的城市社会性和高度的自由度才是他们市民化的真正目标取向。城市化目标模式的顶层设计和基层创新必须立足村改居群体可行能力的提升,充分考虑他们城市“人”化的社会成员角色转型和主体地位体现在经济补偿之外的现实可持续发展需要;利用优势资源,通过打造多元主体社会支持的创业治理体系,实现其人格品格与性格的城市自我认同和社会认同;整合基层社会,推动其重构社会关系网络和社会资本,在交往中实现身份和角色的转换。

Abstract: The development goal of urbanization is to realize the population’s citizenry style. Townspeople transforming from Villagers in“city village”are in urgent need of assistance and support to be better involved in the city and to realize citizen. Material capital is only the means to improve the feasibility competence which is necessary for their citizen target,while sociality and freedom of this group is the real goal orientation. Both the top design and the basic innovation must keep a foothold in improving the feasibility competence of towns? people transforming from villagers in“city village”,with full consideration to their role transition and sustain? able development which embodies their personification of subject position but beyond the economic compensation,to make use of the resources advantage to establish venture governance mechanism with multiple subjects’support,to realize their self-identity and social identity of city personality and character,to integrate basic society to reconstruct their social capital,which is beneficial to their transformation of identity and role .
