摘要: 随着社会经济的全球化发展,许多发达国家已经意识到语言的经济价值,将语言战略纳入国家战略计划之中;向世界推广本国语言成为各国政府的共识。如何将我国的汉语国际推广工作做好,使之成为促进我国社会经济发展、走向世界的助力,也成为政府和学界高度重视的一个问题。语言需求作为第二语言学习的原生动力,是我们进行汉语国际推广需要关注的首要问题。了解学习者的汉语需求,是我们扩大汉语需求,促进语言消费与就业,带动汉语文化产业,发展语言经济的第一步,并且还要积极推动语言经济激励政策纳入汉语国际推广规划。

Abstract: With the globalization of economic and social development,many developed countries have realized the economic value of language;the language strategies come into the national strategic plan,and promoting the national language have become the consensus of the governments over the world.How to promote Chinese language into the world attaches great importance to both the government and academia.As the motivation of learning second language,language needs become our primary problem of Chinese language international promotion work.To understand Chinese language needs of learners,is the first step to expand language demand,promote Chinese language industry and develop language economy.Language economic incentive policy should be included into our Chinese international promotion plan.
