摘要/Abstract

摘要： 芽胞是产芽胞细菌为抵御不利环境条件而产生的一种休眠体。主要介绍了芽胞杆菌群属的静态芽胞结构层次和动态特性，重点介绍了外层结构即芽胞衣和芽胞外壁的结构、关键分子组成及其功能等方面的研究进展。

关键词: 芽胞, 芽胞衣, 芽胞外壁, 静态结构, 动态变化

Abstract: The spore is a kind of dormant cell form of spore-producer bacteria to resist the disadvantage environmental conditions. Mainly introduces the static structure and dynamic character of the spore of bacillus，and also introduces research progression of the outer structure including spore coat and exosporium，the critical molecular composition and the function.
