摘要: 分析了某型号汽车覆盖件的冲压工艺, 采用有限元分析软件进行拉延模拟, 确定合理参数, 制定冲压工艺方案, 设计出全套模具.多套模具采用复合结构, 完成拉延、 冲孔、 修边、 翻边、 整形等工序, 并利用斜楔机构进行冲孔和修边.生产实际表明工艺可行, 模具可靠.

Abstract: Stamping process of an automobile cover part was analysed based on finite element simulating analysis aided by Autoform software, to make sure the reasonable parameters,the stamping process scheme,and designed the complete dies.Several sets of compound stamping dies, which employed cam driver and cam slide for stretch drawing, hole punching, trimming, flanging, sizing, etc., were completed. The quality of final products produced by these dies showed that the stamping process was feasible and the dies were reliable.
