激波管性能参数的计算及其结果分析

摘要: 利用Excel电子表格处理软件进行激波管性能参数计算.计算采用一维无粘激波管运行关系式, 分别针对驱动气体是氢气、 氦气、 氩气以及它们的混合气体, 试验气体为氮气、 氩气的情况下, 计算了激波管运行参数.另外, 对激波管主膜片考虑了双膜片效应, 分别得出了激波管的运行参数匹配关系、 驱动段和被驱动段的激波管最佳长度比和缝合接触面条件下的最长试验时间.采用Excel进行激波管性能参数计算, 结果可直观地显示在设计的表格中, 并可进行进一步处理分析, 用曲线图的方式显示出来.初步计算结果表明采用真实气体模型的试验时间以及激波强度均比理想气体模型的参数相对低一些; 采用双膜片间的放气破膜方式, 可以提高激波强度.

Abstract: The calculation of the shock tube parameter by Excel is introduced, the work was done with one dimension inviscid simulation. In the calculation, the driver gases were H2, He, Ar and their mixtures, and the experimental gases were N2 and Ar. Additionally, the double diaphragm effect of the main diaphragm was considered, respectively obtained the operation parameters matching relationship, the best length ratio of driving section and driven section, the maximum test time under tailored interface condition.The study showed that, the parameter of the shock tube could be calculated by the software of Excel, the results could be shown in the designed table obviously, and they could be further processed to be a curve figure. The primary calculation results indicated that, compared to the ideal gas model, the shockwave was weaker and the test time was shorter with the real gas model. And the shockwave was strengthened by the diaphragm breaking with deflating gas between diaphragms.
