摘要: 阐述了SIMATICWinCC和S7-200在工程项目中的通信方案。基于PPI通信协议,运用PCAcess软件、OPC服务器构成上位机网络与S7-200进行通信,实现了WinCC对S7-200的同步监控,满足监控的实时性。系统的控制采用模糊PID控制,快速、稳定地进行恒温加热,通过S7-200的高速输出口,利用PWM方式实现对步进电机的控制。

Abstract: The communication scheme of SIMATIC WinCC and S7-200 in engineering has been presented. Based on PPI communication protocol, a host computer network constituted of PC Acess and OPC Sever communicates with S7-200, which leads to the synchronous monitoring for WinCC and S7-200. Fuzzy PID control has been used for the system control which realizes fast and stable constant temperature heating. And through the high speed output, the control of stepping motor has been achieved by PWM mode.
