中药活性成分纳米系统在抗肿瘤中的应用研究

摘要: 纳米技术在抗肿瘤研究中的应用日益广泛。天然中草药的抗肿瘤活性成分具备高效、低毒、多靶点等优势,但因它们水溶性低、生物利用度低及存在体内非特异性分布等特点限制其广泛应用。纳米给药系统为抗肿瘤中药的体内靶向传递提供了理想载体,大量研究实例证实纳米载药系统为抗肿瘤中药的临床应用提供了广阔的前景。就中药活性成分靶向抗肿瘤作用原理及各类中药纳米制剂在抗肿瘤方面的应用进行了综述,旨在为中药活性成分的疾病靶向治疗提供参考。

Abstract: The application of nanotechnology in anti-tumor research is increasing extensively. The anti-tumor active ingredients of natural Chinese herbal medicines have the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and multiple targets, but their low water solubility,low bioavailability and nonspecific distribution in vivo limit their wide application. Nano-drug delivery systems provide ideal carriers for targeted delivery of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines in vivo. A large number of researches have confirmed that nano-drug delivery systems provide a broad application prospect for the clinical application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines. In this paper,the anti-tumor principle of active components of herbal medicines and the application of various nanotechnology in antitumor were reviewed. The aim is to provide reference for the tumor treatment with active components of herbal medicines.
