摘要: 随着新能源汽车的快速普及,我国动力锂电池的数量与日俱增,电池原材料价格的不断上涨以及大量废弃电池对环境影响的压力越来越大,退役动力锂电池的回收也被提上日程。目前,动力电池回收包括梯次利用和材料回收两种方式。重点介绍梯次利用方式,阐述了梯次利用的必要性,从国家政策、经济导向、技术层面、专业人才等角度进行了分析,并对目前所遇到的问题进行了讨论且提出了相应的建议。

关键词: 动力锂电池, 回收, 梯次利用

Abstract: With the rapid spread of new energy vehicles,the number of power lithium batteries in China is increasing day by day,the price of battery raw materials is rising and the pressure on the environment of a large number of discarded batteries is increasing, and the recycling of decommissioned power lithium batteries has also been put on the agenda. At present,power battery recycling includes two methods:echelon utilization and material recovery. This paper focused on the echelon utilization,and stated the necessity of the echelon utilization;the author analyzed all aspects including national policy,economic orientation,technology,and professional talents. The problems encountered at present were analyzed and corresponding suggestions were put forward.
