丽格海棠叶片快速繁殖技术的优化

Optimization of Rapid Propagation Technology of Begonia × Elatior Leaves

摘要: 为了建立丽格海棠的快速繁殖体系,以丽格海棠叶片为外植体对其组织培养技术进行了优化。结果表明:MS 为不定芽分化的适宜基本培养基,分化率达到100%,分化系数达到10. 8;1. 0 mg/L 6-BA+0. 2 mg/L NAA有利于不定芽的分化,有效不定芽分化系数达到6. 8 ;液体培养基利于不定芽芽团有效芽的形成;1/2 MS+0. 1 mg/L NAA适于诱导不定根的形成;试管苗在炼苗基质上生长20 d的成活率可以达到50%。

Abstract: The rapid propagation technology of begonia × elatior was optimized with leaves as the explants. The results showed that MS was the suitable basic medium for adventitious bud differentiation,the differentiation rate reached 100%,and the differentiation coefficient reached 10. 8. 1. 0 mg / L 6- BA + 0. 2 mg/L NAA was beneficial to the differentiation of adventitious buds,the effective adventitious bud differentiation coefficient reached 6. 8. The liquid medium was favorable for the formation of effective buds of the adventitious buds. 1/2 MS+0. 1 mg/L NAA was suitable for root inducing. The survival rate of test tube seedlings grown on the seedling substrate for 20 days could reach 50%.
