豇豆锈病研究进展

摘要: 豇豆锈病是由担子菌亚门锈病目豇豆属单胞锈菌(Uromyces vignae Barcl)引起的真菌性病害,是世界范围内豇豆的主要病害之一。豇豆锈病主要侵染豇豆叶片,严重时叶柄和种荚也会出现感病表型。豇豆锈病会引起豇豆减产并影响豇豆品质,对豇豆的生产影响较大。综述了近年来国内外豇豆锈病的研究进展,主要包括病原菌生物学特征、病害流行、抗病资源鉴定与育种、抗病生理生化机制及抗锈病分子遗传学分析等,对今后豇豆锈病的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Cowpea rust,a fungal disease caused by Uromyces vignae Barcl,is one of the major cowpea diseases worldwide. The main targets of the pathogen are leaves,the petioles and pods may be damaged in severe cases. The disease can dramatically influence the cowpea production by reducing the yields and the quality. In this paper, researching progresses on cowpea rust are reviewed, including pathogenic characteristics,disease epidemics,resistant germplasm resource evaluation and breeding,physiological and biochemical mechanism of plant resistance, and molecular genetics of rust resistance,also the author discusses the further direction in resolving this disease.
