摘要: 为了评估风险行业工人生命价值,为制定工伤亡赔付标准提供重要依据,在支付意愿法评估风险行业工人生命价值的基础之上,构建DEA生命价值评估的数学模型。设计双边界二分式调查问卷,对义煤集团一线工人进行调查,评估一线工人的生命价值,并根据调查得到的数据来验证DEA模型的有效性。结果表明:风险行业工人的生命价值呈正态分布;在95%的置信区间内,风险行业的生命价值为386.633万元。

Abstract: To assess the value of life of risk industry workers,and to provide an important basis for the development of labor casualties payment standard,the thesis assessed risk of the value of life based on willingness of payworkers in the industry,and builded DEA mathematical models. The author designed double border dichotomous questionnaire and investigated the workers of the group of YIMEI,to assess the value of life front-line workers,we obtained the validity of the DEA model according to the survey data. The results show that:the value of life of risk industry workers are normally distributed;under 95% confidence interval,the value of life of risk industries is 386.633 million yuan.
