摘要: 歧化及烷基转移单元是芳烃联合装置中的重要组成部分,针对歧化及烷基转移单元运用流程模拟软件PRO/II进行建模,为整个流程的优化设计提供基础。运用PRO/II对国内某石化厂典型歧化及烷基转移单元进行建模,对采集的数据进行校核。模拟结果显示,现场采集的数据与模拟结果基本吻合,表明所运用的流程模拟策略是合理的。

Abstract: Disproportionation and transalkylation is an important part of the aromatics unit. Process simulation software PRO/II was used to simulate the process,which provided the basis for the optimization design of the whole process. In this paper,a typical domestic disproportionation and transalkylation unit was modeled with PRO/II and the collected data were checked. The simulation results showed that the data collected in the factory were consistent with the simulation results,which indicated that the strategies of process simulation was reasonable.
