Abstract: Paying special attention to the ideological and political work is a fine tradition of our Party. Even at the beginning of the 1920s, by the basic principle of Marxism, through the media of Laboring Field, and from the idea of carrying out ideological and political work by considering the characteristics of Chinese working class, the Chinese communists made great efforts to achieve the integration of the cultural recognition level of the working class, the production and life reality of the working class and realistic struggle of the working class with the ideological and political work, which made the class consciousness and the organizing notion of the working class reach a climax in the struggle, conformed completely the basic principle of the integration of theory and practice in ideological and political work, and the integration of solving ideological problems with the solving realistic problems and achieved good effect. Even in the new century and the new situation, “Three integrations” is of great value in strengthening and improving ideological and political work.
