Abstract: The ideological and educational education for university students under the guidance of scientific outlook on development is with the realistic and profound historical significance for cultivating qualified and socialist constructors and successors who are well developed morally, intellectually and physically. Thus, we should be guided by scientific outlook on development and strengthen and improve the concrete concept and the train of thought in work and system measures for ideological and political education to university students, so as to promote the healthy development of ideological and political education for university students.
