Abstract: To fully develop fashion industry is a forceful measure promoting blending of the second and third industries and constructing service-type economic system, and is also an important access to constructing state central city and reinforcing the soft power of the city. We should catch up with the trend, make full use of cultural resources and designing resources of Wuhan, work the industrial value chain, shaping brand power of the city and strengthen its industrial competitive power so to guide and bring Wuhan fashion industry stronger rapidly.
