摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校党建科学化是在科学理论指导下积极探索高校党建客观规律的实践过程。遵循规律是实现独立学院党建科学化的本质要求，完善内部治理结构是实现独立学院党建科学化的核心内容，文化引领是实现独立学院党建科学化的重要手段。

关键词: 独立学院, 党建科学化, 文化引领

Abstract: Scientification of the Party’s construction in the universities is a practical process of actively probing into objective laws of the Party’s construction in the universities guided by the scientific theories. To obey the laws is a essential demand to realize scientification of the Party’s construction in the independent colleges, to improve internal management structure is the core contents to realize scientification of the Party’s construction in the independent colleges and being guided by the culture is the important method to realize scientification of the Party’s construction in the independent colleges
