摘要/Abstract

摘要： 东北亚地区是世界经济发展最具活力的地区之一, 但众多的区域纷争与矛盾给东北亚区域的发展带来很大的困扰。对话与合作机制是一种具有灵活、务实、协调等特性的国际制度, 它对东北亚的政治稳定、经济发展具有重要的实践和理论意义。东北亚区域在构建这种机制中存在着可行性, 应该遵循平等互利、政治互信、求同存异、区域认同等基本原则。

关键词: 东北亚问题, 对话与合作, 区域机制, 经济发展

Abstract: Northeast Asia is one of the most active regions in the world economic development, but regional conflicts and contradiction have brought problems concerning the regional development. Dialogue and cooperation mechanism are an international system with the characteristics of flexibility, pragmatism and coordination. It is with practical and theoretical significance in the political stability and economic development of the region. It is feasible to construct the mechanism in the northeast Asian region, but the basic principles as equality and mutual benefit, political mutual trust, harmony without uniformity, regional identity should be followed.
