摘要/Abstract

摘要： 农村信用社与新农村建设具有很强的现实契合性, 它既因新农村建设的开展而面临良好的发展机遇, 又对新农村建设具有重要的现实价值。然而, 农村信用社目前还存在产权关系有待明晰、管理体制有待完善、服务水平有待提高、企业文化有待升华、外部环境有待优化等诸多问题, 从而导致它对新农村建设的价值尚未得以充分体现。鉴于此, 农村信用社必须进一步深化改革, 完善发展对策, 以更好地促进新农村建设。

关键词: 农村信用社, 新农村建设, 现实契合

Abstract: There is a very strong agreement between countryside credit cooperative and the construction of new countryside. The agreement either faces the good developing advantage, or is with the significant realistic value in the period of the construction of the new countryside. But many problems occur to the countryside credit cooperative as about the ownership, about management mechanism, about service standard, about enterprising culture, outside environment, which make the value of the cooperative to the construction of the new countryside poorly exhibited. For this reason, the credit cooperative must be profoundly reformed, and the developing tactic must be improved so as to promote the construction of new countryside well.
