湖北企业建立职工工资正常增长机制研究

摘要: 对湖北省企业职工初次分配状况的调查显示, 湖北企业职工收入与经济效益同步增长的机制尚没有建立, 工资总体水平仍然偏低, 行业间收入差距较大, 部分企业职工工资增长缓慢, 企业拖欠职工工资现象依然存在。要改变这种状况, 必须加强政府的调控职能, 加强工会组织的建设, 健全完善企业职工工资正常增长与支付保障机制, 以确保企业劳动者分享企业发展的成果。

Abstract: According to the investigation about initial payment distribution of Hubei Enterprises’ workers, the mechanism about increasing in the same pace between the workers’ payment raise and the raise in economic effectiveness in the Hubei enterprises has not been established. The general payment level is still very low. The income gaps among the enterprises are very wide. The workers payment raising rate of some enterprises is very slow. And there still exists the phenomenon of arrears of payment. In order to improve the present state, the government’s controlling function and the function of trade union should be reinforced and the normal payment raise and payoff guarantee mechanism of the enterprises’ workers should be improved and perfected so as to make the workers enjoy the achievement of the development of the enterprises.
