核桃仁提取物对老年痴呆模型大鼠IL-1、IL-6含量影响的实验研究

Influence of Walnut-meat Extractive on IL-1, IL-6 Content in AD Rats

摘要: 目的比较三种核桃仁提取物对老年痴呆模型大鼠脑内IL-1、IL-6含量影响。方法采用Meynert基底核注射Aβ1-40建立老年痴呆模型,给予核桃仁水提取物、乙醇提取物、丙酮提取物进行连续灌胃治疗,并与正常空白组、假手术组及模型组对照。结果模型组IL-1、IL-6含量显著高于正常空白组和假手术组单位P<0.01),核桃仁水提取物、乙醇提取物、丙酮提取物均能显著降低其含量单位P<0.01),而在降低IL-6含量时,以丙酮提取物效果最佳,3组提取物比较,P<0.05。结论核桃仁提取物可以有效降低AD模型大鼠脑内炎因子IL-1、IL-6的含量,从而降低Aβ的毒性来防治AD,其中丙酮提取物效果最佳。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the influence of 3 kinds of walnut-meat extractive on IL-1, IL-6 content in brains in AD rats. MethodsInjected Aβ1-40 to nucleus basalis of Meynert to establish AD model, treated with walnut-meat water extractive, walnut-meat alcohol extractive and walnut-meat acetone extractive for continuous intragatric administration, and were contrast with blank group, sham opeation group and model set group. ResultsThe IL-1, IL-6 content in model set group was marked higher than that in blank group and sham opeation group, the walnut-meat water extractive, alcohol extractive, acetone extractive all could down-regulate the content单位 P<0.01), while down-regulad IL-6 content, the effect of acetone was the best, and P<0.05 for comparasion of three extractives. ConclusionThe walnut-meat extractive can effectively down-regulate the content of inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-6, so as to down-regulate the toxicity of Aβ to prevent and cure AD. The effect of acetone extractive is the best.
