Abstract: Since recent history, democratic constitutional politics has been linked with modernization. How constitutional political China is available is a historic and age problem. In response to modern challenge, the different consideration on and probing ways to promoting constitutional politics with Chinese characteristics by the new intellectual groups express their cultural complex of probing into constitutional politics with Chinese characteristics which they have insisted in different ways for the whole life. They have exposed binary tension relationship between modern historic orientations in the time of Chinese conversion and aspiration for cultural traditional value.
