摘要/Abstract

摘要： 胡锦涛的公民政治参与思想是和马克思主义革命导师以及中国共产党历代领导人的政治参与理论一脉相承的。胡锦涛认为，人民民主是社会主义的生命，要广泛动员人民参加公共事务的管理，公民政治参与要和政治体制改革相适应，要提高公民对公共决策的参与度，发挥民主党派和社会组织在公民政治参与中的作用，要通过发展基层民主扩大公民有序政治参与，通过发展党内民主保障普通党员的政治参与权。胡锦涛的公民政治参与思想是马克思主义政治参与理论中国化最新成果的集中体现。

Abstract: Hu Jingtao’s ideology of citizens’ politic participation is the same with that of Marxist revolutionary teachers and the different leading generations of the CPC. Hu Jingtao thinks that people’s democracy is soul of socialism. We should broadly persuade people to join in the management of public affairs. He thinks citizens’ participation should be in line with the reform of politic system. We should strengthen participating degree for the citizens in joining in public policy-making, and make full use of democratic parties and social associations in citizens’ politic participation. We should enlarge the orderly politic participation by putting forward basic democracy and guarantee ordinary Party members’ politic participation by putting forward democracy inside the Party. Hu Jingtao’s ideology of citizens’ politic participation is the focusing reflection of the new achievement from Marxist theory of political participation.
