Abstract: Before seizing state power, the Communist Party of China had practiced successful ruling in three periods in parts of China, i. e. from establishing temporary central government of Soviet Republic of China in the central Soviet region in Jiangxi Province, to establishing anti-Japanese democratic power in Yan’an, and to establishing people’s government in Northeast China. In practicing ruling in the three periods, the CPC had been taking constructing clean government as the most important content of self-construction. The CPC construction of the clean government in the three parts of China was not only with outstanding historic characteristics and rich contents, but also had made outstanding achievements. It not only guaranteed the justice and cleanness of the Party and the revolutionary power in the periods ruling in parts of China, but also promoted healthy development of the revolutionary cause and laid solid political foundation fro the final victory of the Chinese revolution. The earnest summery of the historical experiences is with important realistic significance in improving its present ability against corruption and maintain Party’s advancement.
