As generative AI models, such as DeepSeek, are widely applied to fields like knowledge production, language generation, and social interaction, technology is posing an unprecedented challenge to human subjectivity. A triple analytical framework of labor subjectivity, communicative subjectivity, and cognitive subjectivity is established based on Marxist theory of subjectivity. It systematically elaborates that when GAI large models deeply penetrate into the fields of labor, communication, and cognition,it triggers a crisis of technological alienation due to the restriction of capital logic in the application of technology, the imbalance in the human-machine relationship, and the violation of human logic by the logic of things. These crises mainly include the deconstruction of labor value by algorithmic logic, the infringement of value judgment by cognitive black boxes, and the weakening of thinking ability due to technological dependence. To address the challenges posed by GAI to human subjectivity, concerted measures need to be taken at the technical, institutional, and cognitive levels:optimize the technical design centered on interpretability and content identification;establish a guarantee mechanism centered on users’right to know and data security;build up industrial standards and legislation to defend users’subjectivity, enhance public ability to identify and protect themselves from the content generated by large models so as to consolidate the dominant position of humans in human-machine interaction;and achieve the positive development of technology based on people-oriented principles.

Linguistic Competence Evaluation of Large Language Models:Feature,Approach and Trend
    YI Baoshu, NI Chuanbin
    JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (4): 73-83.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.04.007
    Abstract117)      PDF(pc) (1425KB)(92)       Save
After reviewing researches on the development of linguistic competence of Large Language Models(LLMs)and comparing the different characteristics between LLMs and human speech learning, this study explores the evaluation of LLMs’linguistic competence and its theoretical implications from multiple dimensions, including the learning environment and mechanism, the measurement of languagespecific generalization ability, and the assessment of grammatical competence. It can be found that:In terms of learning environment,LLMs achieve efficient statistical generalization with massive single-modal text input, while humans develop language capacity in multi-modal interactions with higher ecological validity; their differences are complementary. Regarding the core assumption of genetic theory of language, the results of ablation experiment, unsupervised and supervised tests reveal that although LLMs lack the prior grammatical specificity of humans, they can reproduce some grammatical rules through statistical models. The assessment of grammatical competence indicates that although LLMs can acquire surface syntactic structures, there are still significant limitations in modeling human-specific features such as deep recursion and semantic-syntactic interfaces. Meanwhile, the emergent ability of LLMs poses a dual challenge to the theory of stimulus scarcity and the genetic theory of language;it promotes the paradigm fusion of computational linguistics with theoretical linguistics, cognitive science and other fields. In the future, the assessment of LLMs’ language capabilities needs to focus on the cognitive decoupling mechanism between language forms and functions,so as to explore the collaborative approaches of interdisciplinary methodologies and clarify LLMs’language capability boundaries.

A Doctrinal Interpretation of the Body of Public Interest Litigation for Personal Information Protection
    ZHANG Rong,SONG Chuyao
    JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (5): 16-26.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.0630.002
    Abstract49)      PDF(pc) (1252KB)(58)       Save
The public interest litigation for the protection of personal information is a new system added by the Personal Information Protection Law. Yet,the abstract wording of the provisions of the system has led to significantly different interpretations of the body of prosecution, concerning the sequence of litigation parties and the definition of litigation parties. This directly affects the application of the system. The understanding of the plaintiff entities in public interest lawsuits regarding personal information protection cannot be separated from the value concepts of public interest litigation system. These concepts go through the entire establishment of public interest litigation system and define its basic framework. The public interest litigation system is based on the concept of protecting public interests, which entails that public interest litigation for protecting personal information can only be civil public interest litigation. Under the mechanism of civil public interest litigation, the order of priority for the plaintiffs in public interest lawsuits for personal information protection should be as follows:The procuratorial units should be placed at the bottom level, while consumer organizations and the organizations designated by the national cyberspace administration departments are parallel in relationship, and they are specifically responsible for prosecuting cases in different fields. The organizations are generally professional non-governmental organizations that have been engaged in personal information protection for a long time.

Measurement,Spatio-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Regional Financial Resilience in ChinaBasic Paths of Classified Protection of Data Property in China
    SHI Mingtao
    JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (4): 106-118.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.04.010

As the institutional basis of data property rights, the existing data classification methods of China can hardly reflect the differences in the methods and degrees of data protection. The classified protection of data property should be based on the distinction of data rights and interests. Firstly, data as the object of property rights should meet specific conditions, and it is significantly different from data property interests in terms of protection methods and degrees. Secondly, data existing in the form of elements cannot be protected by the protection method of property rights;while the protection method applicable to property interests can accommodate the protection needs of different types of data and is more in line with the characteristics of data as object. Finally,in the process of protecting data property interests, the legitimacy of rights protection should be examined as a key point,on which basis,it can be further classified as disputes over data rights of improper acquisition and improper utilization.

Conflict refers to all kinds of tensions, divisions and competition for interests among social groups that compete for dominance. The house-building conflicts in Lushan village display the way farmers create moral situations and resolve conflicts, which reflects the basic conceptual structure of contemporary farmers’actions and their psychological characteristics. Qi(face or dignity) is the core of farmers’conflicts. Competing and fighting for qi are the internal and external aspects of farmers’actions in housebuilding conflicts. Competing for qi is a means to maintain face and strive for the possibility of a better life in the future, while fighting for qi is a means to make the conflict public and thereby win the moral capital in the rural society. The combination of regulating qi(psychological massage)and relieving qi(economic compensation) has become an effective approach to resolving conflicts, hence becoming the balancing mechanism of qi. The social mentality of farmers reflects their own emotional experiences and is actually a deep-seated factor that governs their actions.

Green finance policy is a crucial means to promote urban sustainable development. It has garnered significant attention for the impact on urban ecological resilience. The study is based on the quasinatural experiments of National Green Finance Reform and Innovation pilot Zones,as well as the data panels of Chinese cities from 2010 to 2022. it explores the actual impact of green finance policy on urban ecological resilience and its operational mechanism. The results show that the implementation of green finance policies has a salient positive effect on urban ecological resilience, especially in enhancing response resilience;these experimental zones have witnessed an indirect positive effect on enhancing urban ecological resilience by optimizing the efficiency of green innovation and strengthening the intensity of environmental regulations. According to the heterogeneity analysis, the positive impact of policies on urban ecological resilience varies from city to city;the performance is particularly prominent in cities with high market competition, key cities for environmental protection, and cities with high levels of green innovation. Effective guidelines for promoting the development of urban ecological resilience include strengthening the synergy between green finance policies and environmental regulations, constructing a dynamic feedback green finance evaluation system, and consolidating multi-subject collaborative governance.

Impact of Empty Nest on the Elderly’s Choice of Institutional Services
    WEI Xiaoli
    JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (4): 17-29.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.04.002
    Abstract108)      PDF(pc) (1412KB)(44)       Save
As the aging of population is intensifying in China, elderly care has increasingly become a focus of social concern. A multi-dimensional analytical framework is constructed based on the family strategy;the IV-Probit model and the data of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)in 2018 are used to explore how empty nest affects the elderly’s choice of institutional services. The research finds that empty nest significantly increases the possibility of the elderly choosing institutional care;for although the absence of children increases the opportunities for the elderly to obtain family economic support,it reduces the care and emotional support, thereby enhancing the willingness of the elderly to receive institutional care. Further analysis reveals that community-based elderly care services can,to a certain extent, replace the elderly care demands of institutions;the absence of children has a greater impact on aged people with economical independence;and the impact of daughter’s absence on the elderly’s choice of institutional care is more prominent than that of son’s absence. To better meet the diversified needs of elderly care,it is suggested to strengthen the supply of social elderly care services in areas with population outflow, promote the effective connection between family-based elderly care and social elderly care, and advance family policies based on gender equality.

Ge Mai and the Generation and Expression of His Poetic“Portraits”
    ZHANG Kaicheng

Portrait is an important medium for understanding Ge Mai and his poetry. While he is painting a portrait of himself,he is also shaping the image of the times, highlighting the poetic spirit in a specific domain,as well as the entanglement between the individual and the times. Reading his letters and studies on poetics reveals that he is not a loser or misanthropist, because no matter in real life or in his poetry,he demonstrates a spirit of constantly moving towards the future and an active exploration of ways to get out of spiritual predicaments. The portraits not only disclose his contradictory psychological state in the historical context of transformation, but his personal attempts to break free from mental anxiety through the dialogue with the times. Ge Mai created an upward and lofty spiritual self in an era that tended towards materialism or pursued the physical. He provided a unique perspective for an in-depth understanding of the overall situation of Chinese poetry in the 1990s.
