From the angle of legal philosophy， the paper creatively constructs the hierarchical standard system of a legal subject and its contingent conditions，and then puts forward the hierarchical judgment system of entrusting the legal subject status. From the abstract to the concrete，the problem of ascribing the subject of liability for AI tort liability is studied by using this system as the judgment standard. Since weak artificial intelligence cannot become a legal subject，the idea of legal status representative is put forward on the basis of the compulsory insurance mechanism of the production side. Strong artificial intelligence，according to the different sources of its self-consciousness，is divided into“machine ethics”and“human emotion.”The former cannot become a legal subject，but the human-designed“machine ethics”can effectively reduce the probability of damaging events，and therefore，the idea of legal status representative still works；the latter should not become a legal subject，for otherwise，it will not satisfy the value judgment，or even relevant discussion will be meaningless. Under the premise that artificial intelligence is not regarded as a legal subject，and based on China’s current law and motor vehicle liability insurance mechanism，the ascription of the subject of liability for AI tort liability is clearly defined from theory to practice，drawing on foreign legislative experience and cases. Heavy polluting A-share listed enterprises from 2011 to 2020 are sampled；the capacity of different multi-dimensional green technological innovation motivations in predicting green technology innovation behavior is explored by using the parametric method， non-parametric method，and ensemble learning method in machine learning. The purpose is to identify the main motivation affecting enterprises to carry out green technology innovation and identify features of the most predictive quality. The results show that compared with the digital development motivation and the internal governance motivation，the external supervision motivation is the main driver for the green technology innovation behavior of enterprises；the ability of ensemble learning method to predict green technology innovation behavior is better than that of parametric and non-parametric research methods，and the support vector machine has the strongest interpretation ability and the highest prediction accuracy；and among the multi-dimensional motivation features，digital finance，corporate social responsibility，and government environmental protection subsidies have the best predictive effect on green technology innovation behavior. Applying the machine learning method can effectively identify the key factors of green technology innovation in enterprises，and is enlightening for the sustainable development of enterprises and the construction of ecological civilization. The Slow Modernity of Zhu Zhu’s Poetry since the 1990s and Its Relationship with the“Poetry of the 1990s” YI Wenjie JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (2): 36-46.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.02.004 Abstract （181）      PDF（pc） （1341KB）（242）       Knowledge map    Save The slow modernity feature of Zhu Zhu’s poetry since the 1990s has been a subject of research.Aesthetically，Zhu’s description of fine details and treatment of the static in motion create a soothing rhythm and an illusion of slow time；ideologically，his works present the slow modernity with modern consciousness，resist the modernity logic of an accelerating society，and adhere to the pursuit of transcendentality. His“slow”writing is different from the“slowness”of country utopia or the Bourgeois “slowness，”but contemporary in nature. Historically，the slow modernity of Zhu’s poetry echoes the“slowdown”poetics of the poetry of the 1990s. However，in the 1990s，Zhu still adhered to the ideal of“purepoetry”and kept away from the“narrative”trend at that time. He turned to narrative writing only after the 21st century. Zhu’s narrativity not only reflects on the symptoms of consumerism and daily life，but also focuses on the transcendentality of daily life. A semi-structured interview is done among rural female in marriage stage which is analyzed in framework of“institutional culture—moral embedding—transaction cost.”This paper proposes that the trend of high betrothal gift is the result of the reshaping of women’s rights in the process of urbanization. New urbanization has expanded marriage circles；in the process，rural women experience two processes in the negotiation of betrothal gifts：the“conflict—passive deembedding”process or the“empowerment—active deembedding process.”Thus it is more likely for them to demand high betrothal gifts. The differentiation of transaction cost in betrothal gift bargains creates three kinds of price-exchanging logic： the consideration of relationship maintenance， women’s anticipation and management of marriage risk，and the active exchange of family rights. Since a bride’s betrothal gift and dowry can be controlled by different parties，the logic of the change of high betrothal gift and dowry is heterogeneous. Based on the above mechanism and logic，the governance of betrothal gift should focus on intergenerational responsibility，disposal of betrothal gift and dowry，and women’s marriage rights. Linguistic Competence Evaluation of Large Language Models：Feature，Approach and Trend YI Baoshu, NI Chuanbin JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (4): 73-83.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.04.007 Abstract （96）      PDF（pc） （1425KB）（65）       Knowledge map    Save After reviewing researches on the development of linguistic competence of Large Language Models（LLMs）and comparing the different characteristics between LLMs and human speech learning，this study explores the evaluation of LLMs’linguistic competence and its theoretical implications from multiple dimensions，including the learning environment and mechanism，the measurement of languagespecific generalization ability，and the assessment of grammatical competence. It can be found that：In terms of learning environment，LLMs achieve efficient statistical generalization with massive single-modal text input，while humans develop language capacity in multi-modal interactions with higher ecological validity； their differences are complementary. Regarding the core assumption of genetic theory of language，the results of ablation experiment，unsupervised and supervised tests reveal that although LLMs lack the prior grammatical specificity of humans，they can reproduce some grammatical rules through statistical models. The assessment of grammatical competence indicates that although LLMs can acquire surface syntactic structures，there are still significant limitations in modeling human-specific features such as deep recursion and semantic-syntactic interfaces. Meanwhile，the emergent ability of LLMs poses a dual challenge to the theory of stimulus scarcity and the genetic theory of language；it promotes the paradigm fusion of computational linguistics with theoretical linguistics，cognitive science and other fields. In the future， the assessment of LLMs’ language capabilities needs to focus on the cognitive decoupling mechanism between language forms and functions，so as to explore the collaborative approaches of interdisciplinary methodologies and clarify LLMs’language capability boundaries. It is discovered that there is a significant positive correlation between whether there is a field investigation，the number of investigations，the number of participating institutions and the internal quality control of enterprises. The mechanism test reveals that institutional research can improve the internal quality control of enterprises by increasing the analyst attention and the sensitivity of executive compensation and performance of the surveyed enterprises. Based on internal and external heterogeneity analysis，it is found that the higher the bankruptcy risk and the lower the information transparency，the more significant the role of institutional research is in improving the internal quality control；the lower the market competitive position and the lower the marketization degree of the region，the more significant the role of institutional research is in improving the internal quality control. The economic consequences test shows that field research reduces the probability of a firm’s financial restatement in the following year. The research results have theoretical significance for understanding the effect of informal supervision mechanism in capital market，and also practical significance for improving the internal quality control of listed companies，strengthening the quality of information disclosure，and steadily promoting the reform of registration system.
