摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用脑成像技术认知脑、保护脑和创造脑已成为脑科学研究中最重要的技术手段和最前沿的科学研究领域。对脑的扫描可用于预测并治疗疾病、读心、增强神经，这会给司法判定、商业、教育、管理以及军事等方面带来全新的革命。我们有必要就脑成像技术的研究与应用带来的安全问题、信息的精确性问题、隐私保护以及非医学目的使用等认识论问题及伦理问题进行深入探讨。

关键词: 脑成像技术, 伦理, 安全, 隐私保护

Abstract: To know, protect and create brain by using brain image technology is the most important technical approach and the foremost advanced research field in brain science. To scan the brain can pro-determine and cure diseases, read hearts and strengthen brain, which will cause another revolution in the aspects as judicial judgment, commercial business, management, and military. We should make profound probe into the problems concerning epistemology and ethics in safety, accuracy of the information, privacy protection, and the use of non-medical purpose.
