Abstract: Up to the present,people have had varied definitions as to cultural concepts,which are hard to be compatible.When taken contrastively,the objective factors of the varistion of cultural concepts are caused as a result of the change of time and space,territorial changes,advance of science and technology,cultural exchanges,etc.And the subjective factors are the varied main bodies formed by different countries and nations,and people in different districts,together with the variousness of cultural understanding.And the main cause for the difficulty in cultural definition is the lack of unified standard and clear-cut boundary as well as people’s restrictions in knowledge.The change of cultural concepts embodies people’s estimation of values,reflects people’s cultural mentality as well as the change of society.
