摘要/Abstract

摘要： 奥古斯都是罗马帝国的缔造者,其纪严质优的精兵战略、务实灵活的对外战略和以民为盾的防御战略为罗马帝国的长久维系打下了坚实的基础。他的安邦战略思想是人类历史上宝贵的精神财富,至今仍有较强学习价值和借鉴意义。

Abstract: Augustus was the founder of Roman Empire. His better troops military strategy, practical　and flexible diplomatic strategy, and citizen-shield defense strategy laid a solid foundation for the long-term stability of Roman Empire. His national stability and security strategy is a valuable spiritual wealth in human history, and still worth learning from nowadays.
