摘要： 作为一种新型的网络交流形式——博客, 正以极强的影响力和作用力吸引着广大网民的认同和使用。博客极大地方便了人们的信息交流和情感表达,也极大地困扰着人们的思想意识和道德行为,因博客引发的相关伦理问题正在引起学术界的广泛关注。对博客现象的产生、特点及其影响进行分析,进而探讨博客现象引发的伦理问题,构建网络伦理的新秩序,这已成为当务之急。

Abstract: As a new communicative form on the web, blog is attracting, with its most powerful influence and function, the broad masses of netizens recognition and use. It greatly facilitates the informative communication and the conveyance of feelings between people, at the same time, it profoundly disturbs people’s ideology and moral behavior. The ethical questions caused by blog are attracting the widespread concern of the academic circles. The present article analyses the cause of blog phenomenon, its features and influence, and proceeds to discuss, the ethical questions triggered by blog ohenomenon, and simultaneously tries to set up a new ethical order on web.
