摘要： 修辞学是研究提高语言表达效果的规律的科学。修辞学的规律可以概括为四条选择律、互动律、适应律、效果律。四条规律贯穿于一切修辞中,以构建科学的修辞殿堂。

Abstract: Rhetoric is a science that studies the laws of neightening the effect of language expression. Summarily, rhetoric falls into the four laws of selection, interdynamics, adaptation and effect. They run through rhetoric to construct the scientific rhetorical palace.
