Abstract: People call the evidence the king evidence that plays an outstanding certifying role at a certain period of time. From testimony to dactylography, there hides behind them the authority worship complex of the deity and science. Blind superstition only fosters reliance on the king evidence. In the times of science and technology, not only are advanced techniques needed. What is more significant is the consideration of the establishment of criteria and rules for the aplication of the scientific evidence, of the establishment of the rules for questioning the witness about and attesting the evidence in the court stage and of the establishment of the system of special witness who helps the accusing party, the defence party and the judge to accurately affirm the fact so that proper procedure will ensure an impartial and accurate trial.
