摘要/Abstract

摘要： 加入WTO给我国带来一场深刻的法律制度变革,对立法的数量和质量提出新的要求。为适应加入WTO的需要,我国应努力提高地方立法的质量,推动地方立法从“挑战-回应式”立法向“回应——创新式”立法转变,建立起与WTO规则相协调、适应社会主义市场经济发展需要和促进社会全面进步的完备的法律体系。

Abstract: The accedence to WTO brings a deep-going change in China’s legal system, setting new requirements to legislation both quantitively and qualitatively In order to meet the needs of the accedence to WTO, China should exert herself to improve the quality of cocal legislation, pushing forward the transformation of local legislation from “challenge——response type” to “response——innovation type”, and establishing a perfect legal system that is in harmony with the WTO rules, fits in with the needs of the development of the socialist market economy and promotes the all-round progress of the society.
