摘要： 人道主义强调以人为本、平等地尊重人的自由权利和价值、帮助和促进人的生存和全面发展,它是人类文明的优秀成果。在残疾人事业中,大力弘扬人道主义精神,促进残疾人的平等,给残疾人更多的尊重和关爱,是残疾人事业的重要使命。弘扬人道主义精神,是破解人类社会中一部分人游离在人类文明成果之外难题的指针。

Abstract: Humanism puts emphasis on “people foremost”, on equal respect to human free rights and value and on helping and promoting human existence and all-round development It is an excellent result of human civilization The important task of the undertaking of the handicapped is to devote major effort to the promotion and development of the humanistic spirit, to further equality of the handicapped and to respect, care and love them more The promotion and development of the humanistic spirit is a guide to solving the problem that some people in the society drift away from the result of human civilization
