摘要： 管理层收购作为一种外来方式,在我国国企改革中应用有其理论支撑和实际可行性,但在实际应用过程中会遇到一些特殊问题,需要采取相应的对策。

Abstract: As a means from abroad, MBO has its theoretic support and practicable feasibility in its application to the system reform of state enterprises in our country. But some particular problems may arise in the course of practical application, against which corresponding countermeasures are to be taken.
