摘要/Abstract

摘要： 法律语言指的是全民语言在制定和实施法律以及法律科学研究中的具体运用。法律语言是历代统治阶级、主流社会通过法律和法律工作者对语言施加影响的结果。作为一种有别于自然语言的技术语言，法律语言对全民语言的吸收与运用，有它自身的特点。在技术层面，法律语言在言语层次与表述层次，均呈现了区别于其他语言使用领域的区别性特点。

Abstract: Law language refers to the practical application of the national language to law-making and law enforcement, and to scientific research of law. Law language is resulted from the influence on the language exerted by the ruling classes andmainstream societies via law and lawyers through the ages. As a technical language being different from the natural language, law language has its own featuresin its absorption and application of the natural language. Technically, both inthe arrangement of ideas in speech and in presentation sequence, it manifests its distinctive feature different from languages used in other fields.
