Abstract: Since the end of 1978, when the country decidedto open up and reform, the management system of state-owned assets has gone through constant reform, state-owned economy has undergone continuous development, and new problems have arisen. In the course of solving the problems, it gradually gets to be the knowledge that the platform for commodity economy system andits market economy system is to be built. For the purpose of further building and perfecting the platform for the development of state-owned economy, the author furthermore deals with his view of the combination of state-owned assets reform with such 7 aspects of reform as in the structures of ownership and assets,and the adjustment of regional economy structure, etc.
