海外中文教育发展评价指标体系构建——以元分析为研究方法

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Development of Overseas Chinese Education:A Meta-analysis

摘要: 基于当前国际中文教育规模持续扩大而区域发展质量不均衡的现实背景,以及该领域评价体系构建缺乏系统性理论指导的研究现状,采用元分析方法,对141篇聚焦海外中文教育发展的文献进行系统整合与分析。通过对文献中所涉及的评价要素进行识别、提取与优化,可以构建包含43项核心指标的评价体系,并归纳为“本土化—专业化—协作化”的三维框架。该体系在保证全面性的基础上注重指标的可操作性与独立性,以适配不同国家与地区的评价实践需求。研究成果可为各国中文教育发展的系统诊断、区域比较与政策制定提供实证依据,也为国际中文教育评价的理论与实践提供结构化、可扩展的方法参考。

Abstract: The current scale of international Chinese language education is continuously expanding with uneven regional development. The construction of an evaluation system in this field lacks systematic theoretical guidance. In this context,141 documents focusing on the development of overseas Chinese education are systematically integrated and analyzed,using the meta-analysis method. By identifying,extracting,and optimizing the evaluation elements in the literature,an evaluation system is established including 43 core items on three dimensions:localization,specialization,and collaboration. This system,while ensuring comprehensiveness,places emphasis on the operability and independence of the indicators,in order to meet the requirements of different countries and regions in their evaluation practice. The research results can not only provide empirical evidence for the systematic diagnosis,regional comparison,and policy formulation of Chinese language education in various countries, but offer structured and scalable methodological references for the theory and practice of international Chinese language education evaluation.
