Abstract: The policy text analysis method is adopted to construct a two-dimension analysis model based on the policy tool classification framework proposed by Rothwell and Zegveld and the industrial links. The policy supply situation of language technology industry is studied from two dimensions：policy tools and policy role stages. 143 policy texts on the language technology industry were selected and analyzed，resulting in 354 analytical units for content coding and statistical analysis. It can be observed that the current policy supply has three main characteristics：firstly，policy tools are more inclined towards supporting large and mediumsized enterprises，while the targeted support for small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively insufficient；second，policy refinement needs to be enhanced，and supportive policies specifically tailored for the language technology industry are rather limited；and thirdly，the proportion of direct investment in the market and industrialization is relatively low，and the support and regulation for the application of technological industrialization need to be strengthened. Ways for optimizing corresponding policies are proposed based on the above analysis.
