摘要: 自闭症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一组以社交障碍、语言交流障碍、重 复刻板行为以及兴趣或活动范围狭窄为主要特征的神经发育性疾病。ASD对患者的生长发育 和日常生活产生严重影响。建立不同因素诱发的ASD动物模型,对揭示其发生机制,开发新型 临床干预与治疗策略具有重要参考价值。围绕已知的ASD实验动物模型及造模方案进行了总 结,以期为深入开展ASD发生机制的研究提供线索和依据。

Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of neurodevelopmental diseases characterized by difficulties in social interactions as well as verbal communication,repetitive behaviors,and a narrow range of interests or activities. ASD seriously affects the growth, development,and daily life of patients. Therefore,establishing animal models of ASD induced by different factors has an important reference value for revealing its pathogenesis and developing new clinical interventions and treatment strategies. In this review,we summarized the experimental animal models of ASD and their modeling schemes to provide clues and a basis for further research on the pathogenesis of ASD.
