摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的 总结英夫利昔治疗以十二指肠为发病部位的克罗恩病（Crohn′sdisease，CD）过程中的不良反应。方法 回顾性分析1例使用英夫利昔治疗克罗恩病患者的临床资料并进行相关文献复习。结果患者在使用英夫利昔过程中出现不良反应，表现为血红蛋白和血小板的减少，通过调整治疗方案后，患者血小板和血红蛋白逐渐恢复正常。 结论在临床工作中尽早识别英夫利昔治疗CD过程中可能出现的不良反应，提高对此疾病治疗的认知，为患者提供合理的治疗方案。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the adverse effects of infliximab in treating Crohn′s disease（CD）with duodenum as the site of onset. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one patient treated with infliximab for Crohn′s disease in the Central Hospital of Wuhan and conducted a relevant literature review. ResultsThe patient experienced adverse reactions during the use of infliximab in the form of decreased hemoglobin and platelets， which gradually returned to normal by adjusting the treatment regimen.ConclusionWe should early identify possible adverse reactions during the treatment of CD with infliximab，improve the knowledge of colleagues in treating this disease，and provide patients with reasonable treatment programs.
