溶剂蒸发法制备硬脂酸十二烷基酯相变微胶囊及性能

Preparation of Dodecyl Stearate Phase Change Microcapsules by Solvent Evaporation Method and Its Properties

摘要: 采用溶剂蒸发法制备了以硬脂酸十二烷基酯(DS)为核的微胶囊化相变材料,研究了不 同种类的聚合物壁材、芯壁比等对微胶囊性能的影响。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外 光谱(FT-IR)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)对微胶囊的外观形貌、化学组成、相 变特性和热稳定性进行表征。结果表明,采用聚砜(PSF)为壁材、芯壁比为2∶1时,制得的微胶 囊整体性能最好,熔融焓和包覆效率分别为118.80 J/g和61.52%,热失重5%时的温度高达 261 ℃;经过100次加热-冷却循环后,相变微胶囊的熔融焓保持在初始值的95%以上。

Abstract: Microencapsulated phase change materials with dodecyl stearate(DS)as the core were prepared via solvent evaporation. The effects of encapsulation parameters on the properties of microcapsules were studied,including the kinds of polymer shell material and the mass ratio of core material to shell material. The surface morphology,chemical composition,phase transition characteristics,and thermal stability of microcapsules were characterized by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG). The experimental results showed that when polysulfone(PSF)was used as the shell material and the core-shell ratio was 2∶1,the overall performance of the microcapsules was the best. The melting enthalpy and encapsulation efficiency were 118. 80 J/g and 61. 52%,respectively. When the heat loss weight was 5%,the temperature was as high as 261 ℃. After 100 heating-cooling cycles,the melting enthalpy of the phase change microcapsule was maintained by over 95%.
