摘要: 以某搭载无级变速器(continuously variable transmission,CVT)乘用车全油门百公里加速 工况下的车内噪声为研究对象,采用等级评分法进行主观评价试验。针对车辆在2000~3000r/min 加速行驶过程中,驾驶员耳旁噪声高、声品质主观评价较差、人车一体感觉较差的问题,通过调整 换挡策略进行优化,驾驶员耳旁峰值噪声由89.7dB(A)降低至67.0dB(A),车内噪声主观评价 由6分提升至8分,有效提升了人车一体的驾驶感觉。

Abstract: The interior noise of a CVT passenger car under full throttle acceleration of 100 km was taken as the research object,and a subjective evaluation test was conducted using the level scoring method. During the acceleration process of the vehicle from 2 000 to 3 000 r/min, there was high noise near the driver′s ears,poor subjective perception of sound quality,and a poor sense of integration between the driver and the vehicle. Adjusting the gear-shifting strategy for optimization reduced the peak noise near the driver′s ear from 89. 7 dB(A)to 67. 0 dB(A)and the subjective evaluation of the interior noise was increased from 6 points to 8 points,effectively improving the sense of integration between the driver and the vehicle.
