Multi-parameter Composite Sensor Monitoring System for Rotating Machinery Based on Improved QMH

摘要: 为克服传统机架式旋转机械监测系统安装不便、通用性差、成本较高、耦合新型传感技术 能力弱等缺点,搭建了便携式旋转机械实时监测诊断系统,能进行声发射、振动、应变、转速、扭矩 等电测信号和光纤光栅传感信号的多参数实时测量。利用生产者/消费者架构搭建了采集控制 器端高速数据采集程序,使用改进的队列消息处理器(queuemessagehandler,QMH)设计模式开 发了数据采集上位机程序,实现了高、低速数据的采集;定义高、低速数据缓冲区函数,以降低高 速数据存储造成的程序卡顿及低速数据丢失问题;开发了数据分析上位机软件,实现了数据回放 及时频分析。该系统可实现旋转机械多参数的在线监测及数据存储和分析诊断。

Abstract: To overcome the shortcomings of traditional rack-mounted rotating machinery monitoring systems,such as inconvenient installation,poor versatility,high cost,and weak coupling of new sensing technology,a portable rotating machinery real-time monitoring and diagnosis system has been built,which can perform real-time measurement of multiple parameters of electrical measurement signals such as sound emission,vibration,strain, speed,and torque,and fiber Bragg grating sensing signals. A high-speed data acquisition program for the collection controller was built using a producer/consumer architecture,and an improved queue message handler(QMH)design pattern was used to develop a data acquisition upper computer program,achieving high- and low-speed data collection. The function of high- and low-speed data buffers was defined to reduce the problem of program stuck and low-speed data loss caused by high-speed data storage. The upper computer software for data analysis was developed to realize data playback and data time frequency analysis. The system can achieve the online monitoring,data storage,and diagnosis of multiple parameters of the rotating machinery.
