Abstract: Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.MethodsThe clinical data of 1 case with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis were retrospectively studied and the literature was reviewed.ResultsAfter strict antifungal therapy，the patient's condition improved and no other complications or death occurred.ConclusionIn clinical practice，it is necessary to inquire about the medical history in detail and improve the serum，alveolar lavage fluid GM test，and serum G test as soon as possible through imaging examination， to achieve early diagnosis and treatment， improve the prognosis of IPA patients，and reduce the mortality.
